Natalie Jamieson leaves Radio 1 for Bauer

BBC Radio 1 is losing another long-term staffer, with entertainment news star Natalie Jamieson leaving for rival radio group Bauer Media.

Jamieson has been at Radio 1 for 14 years in a variety of roles, most recently senior entertainment reporter/presenter and duty output editor of the network’s Newsbeat programmes. She’s long been a familiar on-air presence on the station, providing coverage from countless major events and interviewing big names from the worlds of music and movies.
