The US Recording Academy, which organises the Grammy Awards, is preparing for what it describes as "the largest grassroots advocacy initiative of its kind" across the whole country, to push for the bill known as Fair Pay Fair Play Act that would introduce performance rights for sound recordings benefitting performers and labels.
