The PR company, Technique Publicity, will be a joint venture between Wilkinson and XL Recordings, and based at the company's Ladbroke Grove offices. Technique Publicity's roster of artists will include XL's Cajun Dance Party and Vampire Weekend, as well as acts signed to other labels.
