EMI has strengthened its global marketing division with the creation of two new vice president positions, each responsible for one of its repertoire streams.
Giampietro Paravella and Gavin Shackell have been appointed VP, global marketing, Capitol Music and VP, global marketing, Virgin Music respectively. They will be based in London and report to EMI senior vice president global marketing Matthieu Lauriot-Prevost.
