Warner announces structure for new division

Warner has announced details of the management structure that will lead Warner Music Entertainment, the division created by the recent merger of  Warner Vision and The Rights Company.

The new division, which combines Warner Vision with DVD and digital production business The Rights Company, aims to exploit opportunities for Warner-signed artists and third-party content across platforms where video content can be viewed.
