Tape announced as Music Week Awards platinum partner and after party host

Music Week can today reveal that London nightclub/creative space Tape is this year’s Music Week Awards platinum partner and after party host.

The 2017 Music Week Awards will be held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Wednesday April 5, with the after party now taking place at Tape, which is located at 17 Hanover Street, Mayfair.

Tape will also partner with Music Week across a range of other events this year, including the Sync Awards and Women In Music.

“Tape are very proud to be partnering with NewBay Media across the Music Week Awards, Sync Awards and Women In Music,” commented Antony Adel, managing partner at Tape. “Tape was formed under one premise that Everything Begins with Music and our goal was to create a truly unique set of spaces and events that artists, producers, labels and industry professionals can call their own.

“Our venues thrive on creativity and bringing like-minded individuals together, which our partnership with the Music Week Awards reflects,” he continued. “We have a long way to go but our mission of ingraining Tape into the heart of the music industry whilst validating and recognising those in the music community remains the same."

A record number of entries were received this year, as the 2017 Music Week Awards shapes up to be a highly competitive evening, as the industry celebrates the very finest achievements, companies and individuals from the past 12 months.
