PRS Members’ Fund is seeking to appoint a new Trustee who is passionate about our mission
to provide support to PRS songwriters and composers navigating life’s challenges.
From hardship funding to advice on health, wellbeing, housing, and finance, we are there for
PRS members and their dependants facing very real issues in an ever-evolving music industry.
Our role is to provide a safety net, ensuring that music creators receive the help they need,
when they need it.
It’s an exciting time to join the PRS Members’ Fund, we’ve just launched our new three-year
strategy that sets out our commitment to expanding our impact by reaching more members
through innovative and engaging communications, strengthening partnerships, and building new
connections that will help us extend our support to those who need it most.

About PRS Members’ Fund
The PRS Members’ Fund supports songwriters, composers and their families in times of need.
For 90 years, thanks to the generosity of supporters, the Fund has been able to provide help to
songwriters and composers who are struggling financially, physically or emotionally– whether it
be immediate assistance with finances, housing, mental or physical health issues, career
change advice. Over the last ten years, the registered charity has awarded £6.5 million in grants
and loans. Originally formed in 1934 to support songwriters and composers during the Great
Depression, PRS Members’ Fund continues to work closely with its founder, PRS for Music to
