1916 Enterprises has signed Grammy-nominated artist, songwriter and producer MNEK for management.
The partnership, which boosts the company’s expanding music division. comes ahead of the release of MNEK's forthcoming album Bulldozer!!, which lands on September 18. He will also head out on a European headline tour this autumn.
Real name Uzoechi Emenike, MNEK's recent work includes contributions to Zara Larsson’s latest album Midnight Sun, while his catalogue includes global hits such as Never Forget You with Larsson and Beyoncé’s Hold Up.

The signing reinforces 1916 Enterprises’ growth under founder and CEO Jonathan Gordon. The multi-faceted entertainment company spans management, publishing, recorded music and technology.
The firm is also building and investing in ventures such as music-tech platforms Chordal, Offtop, Patchbay and Big Effect and kids and family music initiative Rare Behavior.
Sony Music Publishing UK signed a worldwide publishing agreement with MNEK in May.
