Universal Music has signed a worldwide licence deal with new Swedish dance label PRMD for the global release of the debut album from DJ and producer Avicii, which will be released later this year.

This new partnership will see PRMD working with Virgin/EMI Records in the UK - including its Positiva sub-label which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary.
