Handle Recruitment are seeking an experienced Label Coordinator to join this globally-renowned entertainment company. As a key member of the international music team you would be supporting the Label Managers and the wider team in all music and talent related activities, and assisting in the development and production of music formats for TV and online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Key supporting role for Label Managers and wider team as required
• Collating international music performance data - chart reports, stream data, airplay charts for weekly report presentations back to the team
• Preparing and presenting key meetings – using Powerpoint / Excel / etc. during presentations utilising strong Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro skills
• Assisting at international events when required
• Previous international experience/outlook an advantage; appreciative of different time zones & cultures
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• Solid demonstrable experience in a similar music or media role with sound knowledge and awareness of music industry, including developed knowledge of the digital music landscape, Facebook, Twitter music campaigns, key music blogs, trends online

• Working with the international delivery system to track and manage asset distribution
• Previous international experience an advantage
