Max Lousada to deliver keynote at Cre8ing Vision's The Ultimate Seminar 2026

Max Lousada will give a keynote address at Cre8ing Vision’s flagship music conference, The Ultimate Seminar.

The Strat Award-winning executive, 26.2 co-founder and former CEO of recorded music at Warner Music Group, will deliver the keynote at London’s IET London: Savoy Place on Saturday, November 21.

He will share first-hand insights with attendees, drawn from his extensive experience in A&R, artist development and label operations.

“The music industry is about vision, creativity and the courage to do things differently," said Lousada. "Cre8ing Vision has done this for years. Now, more than ever, having forums where people actually meet and talk about where the music business is has  never been more important. Fresh ideas and the next generation of executive talent are often found in places like these.

"I’m looking forward to joining this year, sharing some of my experiences and having an open conversation about where the industry is heading and the opportunities that lie ahead. Cre8ing Vision has built something genuinely important, connecting ambition with opportunity, and I’m delighted to be part of it.”

Founded by Music Week’s 2026 Women In Music Campaigner Award recipients Andrea Euell and Nicola Charles-Ossai alongside artist manager Kwame Kwaten,

Cre8ing Vision provides free, year-round development opportunities such as The Ultimate Seminar for emerging artists and industry professionals. Alumni have gone on to build careers at companies including Universal Music, Sony Music and AWAL.

Now entering its 17th edition, the event brings together respected industry executives to host forward-thinking discussions on the future of the business, with the day’s sessions also offering networking opportunities.

The Ultimate Seminar is about unlocking a person's belief in what they are capable of

Previous speakers have included Jo Charrington, Stormzy, Jimmy Napes, Fraser T Smith, Mahalia, Cat Burns, Nick Raphael and MNEK among others.

“The Ultimate Seminar is about unlocking a person's belief in what they are capable of," said Euell and Nicola Charles-Ossai. "Opening doors, sharing knowledge and ‘cre8ing’  opportunities for the next generation of talent, both on stage and behind the scenes. Supporting executive talent from diverse backgrounds is our passion. It’s where we know we excel. We want people to leave the day not just inspired, but with the connections, confidence and practical tools to take their next step. That’s what Cre8ing Vision has always been about.

“Winning the Women in Music Campaigner Award was a surreal and incredible moment for us, but the real reward is seeing the people we’ve supported go on to build successful careers in music.”

Kwaten added: “The music industry is brilliant at discovering talent, but we have to be equally brilliant at developing it and ‘cre8ing’ opportunities for people to succeed. The Ultimate Seminar is about breaking down the barriers between those who have the knowledge and those who need access to it. I learn loads from it too – so it hits at many different levels – It’s about real conversations, real connections and real opportunities.

“We are in the age of people meeting each other again, and this event does just that! For me, witnessing  Andrea and Nicki being recognised at the Women in Music Awards is testament to the work they do all year round and will long be a highlight for the Cre8ing Vision family. Awards aren’t the finish line sure… but it’s still great to see industry recognition at that level. Success for us is also measured by how many lives and careers we help change. That’s what makes us feel good. And ultimately,  that’s why The Ultimate Seminar matters.”

The Ultimate Seminar takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 9:30am to 6pm at IET London: Savoy Place, 2 Savoy Place. Entry is free, subject to availability and registration.

Sponsors for 2026 include Amazon Music, the Association of Independent Music, BMI, Capitol Records, Columbia, Distrokid, Fabyl, the Ivors Academy, Ministry Of Sound, PPL, PRS For Music, RCA,  Sentric Music, Since 93, Sony Music, SoundOn, Stellar Songs and Tim & Danny Music.
