Major labels have spoken to Music Week about the challenges of getting employees back to the office.

A government campaign has urged employers to reassure staff it is safe to return to work. But there are concerns about rising cases of Covid-19, which last week prompted a tightening of social restrictions.

Human resources departments are implementing measures to open up offices again, though pre-Covid working patterns at labels will no longer be in place.
