Golding joins Whynow following more than eight years at PRS, where she served as CFO and played a key role in helping the organisation achieve record revenues and distributions. During her tenure, she also worked closely with industry partners and joint ventures, helping strengthen collaboration across the wider music ecosystem.

"I was really drawn to Whynow's ambition and the way it brings together media, music, commerce and culture in new and innovative ways," she said. "It's an exciting time to be joining the business, and I'm looking forward to working with the team to support its continued growth and help build the strong financial foundations that will enable the company to realise its long-term ambitions."

Golding has also been appointed as an independent board director of The Ivors Academy. Her previous non-executive board experience includes PRS PPL Ltd and the Network of Music Partners (NMP).
