Local focus key to rising radio audience and revenue, says UKRD boss

UKRD has seen a clear trend of upward movement in both audiences and locally derived revenues according to the company’s CEO William Rogers.

Rogers admits that trading for the group, which owns 16 local UK radio stations, has been “patchy” but, as the company declares its half-year dividend for the third year running, says that its local strategy is paying off.
