Twenty First recruits young manager

The move is part of CEO Colin Lester's plans to nurture young managers within the company, set up with Universal last summer.

"We need to educate young managers to the pitfalls of how to manage artists," Lester said at Midem earlier this week. "We need to protect young managers to give them a home."
