Clef edge: Awards cancellation leaves £1m charity funding gap

CAA Agent Emma Banks has appealed for music industry support for Nordoff Robbins following the cancellation of the charity’s O2 Silver Clef Awards.

For the first time in its 45-year history the event is not going ahead, as a result of the coronavirus.

“We’ve had fantastic years of fundraising, which makes it all the more heartbreaking that we’re not going to be able to do it this year,” said Banks, chair of the O2 Silver Clef Awards Committee.
