A new company bringing together management, publishing and creative development has launched from a network of canalboat studios in West London.
Operating across London and Stockholm, Only Good People (OGP) says it has "deep roots in dance music and ambitions beyond it".
The business has been founded by head of business development Giovanni Damiani, head of operations Sebi Bohnenberger and board member Jay Pidgeon, with Stockholm-based Martina Pemac serving as MD.

Alongside OGP sits publishing company Only Good Songs (OGS), a newly announced joint venture with Sony Music Publishing Germany, giving the wider group a Berlin footprint.
"Songs break faster, earn slower but live longer than they ever have," said Pemac. "That is the whole game now, yet most of the industry is still structured for a world where releases are events and artist development the labels' problem.
"Only Good People was built as infrastructure to meet the new demands: management, publishing and creative development under one roof, with publishing that directly feeds dance music's biggest stages, and careers you can sustain. This is just the beginning."
The group spans four interconnected brands: Only Good People (management), Only Good Songs (publishing), Only Good Records (label) and Only Good Studios (production).
The OGP management roster includes artists, songwriters and producers such as Goodboys, Fast Boy, James Carter, ODNP, Nu Aspect, Aya Anne, Conor Ross, MOLI, multi-platinum, BRIT-nominated songwriter and producer YK Koi, and Grammy-nominated songwriter and vocalist Josh Grimmett.
Collectively, their credits span artists including Meduza, David Guetta, Megan Thee Stallion, Tiësto, James Hype and Armin van Buuren, with releases across labels including Armada, Insomniac, Warner, Sony, Island and Positiva.
The OGS publishing roster includes BRIT Award-winning songwriter James Newman, Giovanni Damiani, Reece Taylor and multi-platinum producer and songwriter Dom Lyttle (Decoy Tunes). Damiani contributed to the official FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem DNA (More Than A Game) as composer, lyricist and producer, while OGP producer Conor Ross also received production and programming credits.
OGP also works in strategic partnership with artist management company Purple Wall, home to artists including Claptone, Patrick Topping, Vintage Culture and Korolova.
