Believe France launches All In to drive synergy for pop acts across four labels

Believe France has launched its new pop entity, All In.

The line-up of acts includes Hoshi, Linh, Max Baby, Thomas de Pourquery, Arone, TeddyBear, The Blaze, Urumi, Upsilone, Acid Arab and Augis.

“All In is designed to create an unprecedented synergy between naïve, Animal63, All Night Long and Jo&Co, four labels with complementary aesthetics, and to build the future of the French and French-speaking pop ecosystem together,” said a statement. “The ambition is clear: to build a shared framework, a shared creative lab, where each label benefits from each other’s expertise, while preserving its own unique DNA and independence.”

The pop repertoire initiative will be led by Henri Jamet, managing director of Believe France, and Sébastien Saussez, who will head up All In.

“In a rapidly evolving music landscape, All In positions itself as a convergence point, relying on the unique on-the-ground expertise of its teams to amplify the dynamics already at play within each of the labels, pooling cross-functional areas of expertise, particularly in digital marketing and promotion,” added the statement.

For artists, the new set-up is designed to foster opportunities for collaboration, increased visibility and career acceleration.

“With All In, we affirm a long-term vision for the pop and electro ecosystem,” said Henri Jamet, managing director of Believe France. “A vision that starts from the ground, from the artists and labels, and looks far ahead. The challenge is not just to support successes, but to build an entity capable of uncovering, developing, and establishing careers in a fast-moving market, both in France and internationally.”

Sébastien Saussez, who heads the new entity, added: “All In carries a strong collective ambition: to give labels and artists the resources to go further, and to grow their projects without sacrificing what makes them unique. All In creates the conditions for circulation, resonance, and long-term development for artists and their labels. It is a way to fully embrace the vitality and diversity of the French scene, guiding it toward new horizons. ”

Fabiola Hurel (Naïve), Lola Capolunghi (All Night Long), Julie Ganter (Animal63), and Fanchon Josse (Jo&Co) will continue to lead the artistic vision and strategy for each individual label.
