Madonna and producer Rob 'Shep' Pettibone have triumphed in a lawsuit regarding an alleged "deliberately hidden" sample in the hit song Vogue.
The Hollywood Reporter published the story, revealing that the suit was brought in July this year by VMG Salsoul, which owns the copyright of 1976 track Love Break, claiming that the sample was found only now through new technological tools.
