Rod Stewart takes on The Who in albums chart battle

The Official Charts Company Midweek Sales Flash is in and Rod Stewart has moved ahead of The Who in the race for the albums summit. 

Stewart’s You’re In My Heart has moved 30,406 units so far, with The Who’s Who on 29,665. Robbie Williams’ The Christmas Present (28,375 sales), Coldplay’s Everyday Life (19,236 sales) and Michael Ball & Alfie Boe’s Back Together (19,003 sales) complete the Top 5.
