HumanCulture has unveiled the first full version of its predictive platform for digital content performance.
Combining AI-assisted strategy, pre-publication content testing and social intelligence, the platform enables creators, labels, agencies and brands to understand what is likely to resonate with audiences before content is published.
HumanCulture has revealed that Defected Records, Armada, Big Family, Arketyp, Knox Artists, FourFour Digital and Red Light Management are among its first clients.
HumanCulture was founded by former Defected, AWAL and BENlabs executives Tim Waine and Tom Macdonald (pictured). Following its first funding round and early adoption, the company is continuing to expand the platform for creators, artists, labels, agencies and brands with its evidence-led creative strategy offering.
Following client projects and paid pilots, HumanCulture has now launched its collaborative platform, built around four core areas: always-on analytics, cultural intelligence, predictive content testing and Jasper, its new AI creative strategist.
Unlike traditional analytics platforms that explain performance after the fact, HumanCulture identifies the creative patterns that consistently drive engagement before campaigns go live. By analysing storytelling themes, visual styles, audience behaviour and community conversations alongside quantitative performance data, it gives creative teams evidence-based direction before publishing rather than retrospective reporting afterwards.
A new content testing hub will put HumanCulture's predictive capability directly into the creative process. Teams can upload draft images, videos and captions before publication, with the platform assessing likely audience response, assigning a ‘Publish Readiness’ score and recommending practical improvements across creative, copy, format and strategy before content reaches an audience.

Users can ask Jasper, HumanCulture’s built-in AI creative strategist, anything about their social data, from why certain content resonates to what they should create next. Jasper uncovers patterns across audience behaviour and content performance, then transforms that into practical strategy, creative concepts, campaign ideas and content calendars.
It also learns how each artist communicates, from writing style and tone of voice to captions, hashtags and emojis, meaning its recommendations feel specific to the artist. “The result is effectively a strategic mirror of the artist, informed by their own content, audience and performance data,” said a statement.
During pilot programmes, HumanCulture demonstrated 82–90% accuracy in predicting content performance, with clients reporting engagement uplifts of 500% across reach, comments, views and engagement rate, with some going well over 1000%.
Existing clients have highlighted the platform's ability to transform complex performance data into practical creative strategy.
“The quality of the insights we have received from HumanCulture has been fantastic; its actionable potential is incredibly helpful and effortless to apply,” said Sam Thomason, senior audience strategy, Fuga. “The team is flexible and responsive, and I'd confidently recommend them to anyone.”
"The insights we’ve gained from Human Culture have been clear and actionable, and have had a genuine impact, driving social growth and engagement while improving the overall quality of our campaigns,” said Joe Edwards, head of marketing & audience, Believe Records.
"HumanCulture’s analysis of Defected’s Instagram content and output has been a game-changer,” said Simon Dawson, general manager, Defected Records. “The insights provided are invaluable, helping us to re-strategise our digital approach. We immediately made significant changes in our approach and digital calendar upon the results of their work."
"We've really enjoyed working with the HumanCulture team,” said Zac Vibert, head of marketing, Revelator. “The reports surface meaningful audience insights in a way that's easy to act on, and Jasper makes it simple to dig deeper into the data. It's an impressive product that has real potential to help artists and marketing teams make better content decisions."
