Independent record labels Distiller Records and Speedy Wunderground have unveiled a new label partnership.
The announcement coincides with the partnership's first joint release – Heartworms’ new single Guess I’m Stuck In The Dark.
Under the new partnership, Speedy Wunderground will retain full creative autonomy over its A&R and production while drawing on Distiller Records’ marketing, distribution and operational scale to amplify its roster further.
Founded by producer Dan Carey, Speedy Wunderground has become one of the UK’s most influential incubators for guitar and alternative music. It has provided an early launchpad for Black Country, New Road, Squid, Black Midi and English Teacher.
Distiller Records – whose roster includes Blossoms, Reverend & The Makers, Yonaka, Sports Team and The Ramona Flowers – will provide the infrastructure to develop Speedy Wunderground’s artists.
