AEG European Festivals has announced that Clare Lusher will become the division’s first marketing and brand director.
Lusher has previously held senior roles at Walt Disney, Sony Music and Mama & Co, as group marketing director. She has also run her own consultancy with clients ranging from Frieze Art Fair to The Guardian.
Lusher will lead on all aspects of brand and marketing for the current portfolio, as well as developing strategies for future events. The newly-created role directs all creative, brand, marketing and communications strategies across all event, partnership and artist channels.
As part of the European Festivals leadership team, she will help build on AEG’s presence in the European festival market which currently includes BST Hyde Park, All Points East and Rock En Seine in Paris. Headliners confirmed for both the UK festivals include Taylor Swift, Kraftwerk, Pearl Jam, Little Mix and Tame Impala with more to be announced.
