'An awesome addition': Dice promotes Amy Oldham to UK MD

Dice has promoted Amy Oldham to UK managing director, months after she joined the company as head of arts and culture.

Oldham joined Dice at the start of 2019 to establish and lead the arts and culture division, which offers access to a range of events outside music including comedy, cinema, wellness, podcasts and more.

Oldham succeeds Russ Tannen, who was promoted to chief revenue officer.

In her new role, Amy will lead Dice’s commercial teams to drive continued revenue and business growth in the UK. She will be tasked with driving new business, building new partner relationships and identifying new revenue streams.

Oldham has previously served at MAMA, where she worked on campaigns for Smirnoff, Fred Perry, Mulberry and Heineken. She has also worked at Live Nation and Global.

Russ Tannen added: “In just three months as head of arts and culture Amy proved herself to have incredible leadership skills and commercial drive, as well as being a perfect culture fit for Dice. Now as UK MD we're sure she'll be an awesome addition to our senior management team."
