'She will be a key part of our senior team': YMU  Group hires Warner exec Anna Gregorek

YMU Group has appointed Anna Gregorek to the position of commercial director. Her appointment is effective immediately. 

Based in London, Gregorek will report directly to Iain Watt, MD of the international management company’s UK music division.

She has joined YMU Group from Warner Music Group, where she held the position of partnerships director, UK and International, with key responsibility for driving innovation for all artists’ brand campaigns nationally and internationally.

Representing artists across all of the company’s frontline labels, she led the strategy for lifestyle partnership marketing and worked on campaigns for brands and artists including Nike, Puma, Adidas, Reebok, G-Shock, Xbox, Bacardi, Dua Lipa, Charli XCX, Gorillaz and Rudimental.

She has also previously held senior brand marketing positions at Red Bull, Dr Martens and EMI. 

In her new role at YMU Group, Gregorek will be responsible for all commercial opportunities across the YM&U Music roster, which includes developing long-term strategic plans for all artists, with a focus on brand partnerships, licensed ranges, ambassador campaigns, corporate events and merchandise.

Iain Watt said, “Anna’s appointment is key to delivering stronger brand and commercial opportunities and a better depth of service for our clients. She will be a key part of our senior management team helping us grow the commercial team and the business as a whole. Artists represented by YMU Group include Years & Years, Clean Bandit, Take That, Steve Aoki, Mika, Kurupt FM, Rejjie Snow, Don Diablo, Friendly Fires and Danny Howard.
