BPI AGM: Taylor slams Google's 'stonewall refusal' over search de-listing

In a wide-ranging speech at the trade body's AGM in London yesterday, Taylor reserved particular chagrin for Google's argument that it is helping combat piracy by allowing rights-holders to request individual URL takedowns.

"I don't think it's enough for Google to sit back and say, 'tell me each illegal file one by one and we'll remove the results'," he said.
