Live Music Bill continues journey to law

The Bill, which the Lib Dem peer introduced last year and includes an exemption from the Licensing Act for small gigs of 200 people or less, moved up to the Report stage in the House of Lords yesterday.

The Bill will require a third reading in the Lords before it can be introduced to the House of Commons.
