Mothership Group acquires Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen
Bar and events operator Mothership Group has acquired Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen.
The 300-capacity east London site was previously part of the MAMA & Company portfolio of venues. MAMA was acquired earlier this year by a joint venture between Live Nation and Gaiety Investments, LN-Gaiety Holdings Ltd.
