Twitter is reportedly considering buying SoundCloud, according to sources familiar with both companies.

The move would be a big return to music after the social networking site closed its music chart #Music in April one year after launching.

SoundCloud is an unlicensed music streaming service that lets users upload and share audio files around the Web. In March, it was said to be in licensing discussions with major labels and publishers.
