The latest Official Charts Midweek Sales Flash is in, and Taylor Swift holds a narrow lead over Sienna Spiro in the singles race.

Swift's reigning Patient Zero currently maintains its No.1 position with 16,964 sales to stay marginally ahead of Spiro's Great Expectation, which is just a few hundred sales behind on 16,366.
