Craig David, Lady Leshurr and Kano win big at MOBOs

Craig David, Lady Leshurr and Kano were among the night’s big winners at the 2016 MOBO Awards.

Held at the SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow, the event celebrated the some of the finest achievements and individuals from the world of urban music over the past 12 months.

Big winners on the night included Craig David who took home the award for Best Male Act, Lady Leshurr, who won Best Female Act, and Kano, who’s album Made In The Manor scooped Best Album.

Best Newcomer went to R&B trio WSTRN, while Best Hip-Hop Act went to Section Boyz.

The night also featured performances from the likes of Wiley, Lady Leshurr, Popcaan, Craig David, Laura Mvula, Tinie Tempah, Chase & Status, Clean Bandit and Anne-Marie.
