Tickets For Good (TfG) has announced key board appointments and the launch of the TfG Music and Wellbeing hub following a Series A investment round.
The platform, which provides key workers with free and heavily discounted tickets, has named digital commerce strategist Gabrielle Hase as chair, with ex-Ticketmaster and TicketWeb veteran Tim Chambers installed as non-executive director.
Arjen van Mierlo, co-founder and partner in TfG's European business, has also joined the board.
Elsewhere, Amelia Garrett has been promoted to marketing & comms lead, George Webb is elevated to customer service manager, and Roland Dickinson is upped to ticketing operations manager.
Stephen Rimmer, TfG founder and CEO, said: “As we strive to bring more people into live events, strengthen our partnerships across markets, and grow our team to support these ambitions – turning reach into more opportunities for our members and lasting value for our partners.
"Thank you to Gabrielle, Tim and Arjen for bringing invaluable expertise to the board, and congratulations to Amelia, George and Roly on their promotions."

The developments come in the wake of a £3.9 million investment round, with TfG securing funding from NPIF II – Mercia Equity Finance, alongside Shaping Impact Group (SI3), Finance Yorkshire, Leansquare and other private investors.
New and returning music-related event partners in 2026 include All Points East, Dreamland Margate, Hollywood Vampires, Lido Festival, The Reytons, UB40, alongside ongoing support from artists including Idles, Pixies, Robbie Williams and Yungblud/Bludfest.
To date, TfG has distributed 1.4 million tickets in conjunction with 1,500 event partners to a customer base of 800,000 registered healthcare workers, teachers and charity workers across the UK, EU and US markets.
The company is deepening its work connecting live music access with research into wellbeing and social connection with the launch of Music + Wellbeing research and events. A flagship Music + Wellbeing: In Conversation summit is being lined up for July 2027.
“We are proud to boost core company activity with the launch of TfG Music + Wellbeing research and events, hosting a platform for knowledge exchange and supporting the cause from the roots," added Rimmer. "Tickets For Good is based on the belief that unused tickets can open doors for people, and that belief still guides us.”
