Jessica Thomas has been appointed head of A&R for 100 Management/100 Publishing.
She reports to Luke Mitzman, founder, 100 Management/100 Publishing.
Founded in 2015, the company’s current management clients include producer Cirkut and Jessica Agombar. 100 Publishing songwriter clients include Bava, J Moon, Jack Schrepferman, Kristin Carpenter, Liam Benayon, Micah Jasper and Aidan Hogg.
In this role, Thomas’ remit will include signing, developing and implementing creative strategy for 100’s roster of artists, songwriters and producers for the publishing and management divisions of the company. She will be based out of the company’s offices in Los Angeles.

Thomas will take her long-term management clients, songwriters Jbach and Trey Campbell, to 100.
She previously served as an A&R consultant for Adam Lambert and as director of A&R, ads & brand partnerships for Milk & Honey Silo.
