Shibaseki has established himself as a key producer in Korea's contemporary hip-hop scene. He has collaborated with artists including E Sens, B-Free, J-Tong and Jjangyou, while continuing to work on solo releases and collaborative projects.

Universal Music Korea said Shibaseki’s production is rooted in Seoul's underground culture, as well as being connected to the broader global alternative music landscape.

“With the new management partnership, UMK will work closely with Hukky Shibaseki to expand his creative endeavours, strategic collaborations, and international opportunities as he continues to shape the next generation of Korean music,” said a statement.
