The 2018 event attracted a host of top execs and artists, including Universal Music UK CEO/chairman David Joseph, Jess Glynne and Nadine Shah.

Winners included former MPA CEO Jane Dyball (Outstanding Contribution), Rolling Stones manager Joyce Smyth (Businesswoman Of The Year), Skin (Inspirational Artist) and YouTube global head of music programming, Helen Marquis (International Woman Of The Year). Click here to catch up on all the winners from last year’s star-studded show.

Shesaid.so recently partnered with InChorus Group to create a global survey for the music industry addressing bias and harassment in the workplace. The survey allows those in the industry to anonymously log when they may have experienced bias or harassment, which then generates data revealing exactly where the biggest issues lie.
