Warner Chappell Music (WCM) has announced the promotion of Gabz Landman to EVP, A&R.
Since joining WCM in 2022, Landman's key signings have included Amy Allen, Laufey, John Ryan, Madison Beer, Lizzy McAlpine, The Chainsmokers, Delacey, Andrew Wyatt, Daniel Chetrit and Diplo, among others.
Landman works closely with Allen, the back-to-back Grammy Award-winning Songwriter Of The Year, overseeing her pairings with artists such as Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae, Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Dean. She set up the So Easy (To Fall in Love) session pairing Allen, Dean and John Ryan, and is currently working with Laufey, Diplo and Madison Beer on upcoming music.
Landman's inaugural signing, Cal Shapiro, has collaborated with Cameron Whitcomb and Alex Warren, including on the hit single Ordinary, while another early signing, Carrie K, recently worked extensively on Noah Kahan's album and scored her first US Country Airplay No.1 alongside Koe Wetzel and Jessie Murph.

Based at the company’s Los Angeles headquarters, she will continue to report to Ryan Press, president, A&R, North America.
"Gabz has a natural instinct for spotting and developing talent ahead of the curve, and she brings a 24/7 hustle to everything she does that's rare to find," said Press. "Having built some of the strongest relationships in this business, she's a real advocate for artists and songwriters, and a true leader helping drive Warner Chappell's growth, both on the charts and culturally. She's earned this, and I couldn't be prouder to see this next step."
In her new position, Landman will continue to drive creative A&R strategy across North America, remaining committed to the discovery, signing, and long-term development of top-tier songwriting talent. She will champion both breakthrough and established songwriters, while expanding WCM's reach and unlocking new creative opportunities across the music landscape.
"I'm incredibly grateful to Ryan and the entire team at Warner Chappell for this opportunity," said Landman. "Since joining the company, I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented songwriters and artists in the industry, and I'm endlessly inspired by their creativity and drive. Discovering and developing talent is my greatest passion, and I'm excited to keep building on that work in this new role."
