Newly-released Rajar figures reveal 1.02 million people tuned into 1Xtra during the final three months of 2011, up 12.5% on the previous quarter and 24.6% up on the year. That means the station, which is 10 years old this year, attracted around 200,000 more listeners compared to during the closing quarter of 2010.
