James Blake album sales increase 2500% on Amazon since Mercury Prize win

After winning the 2013 Mercury Prize earlier this week, James Blake has seen sales of his album Overgrown jump more than 2,500% at e-tailer Amazon UK.

After Blake, the Prize nominees that saw the most uplift following the event are Villagers, Savages and David Bowie with over 200% sales uplift and the bookies' favourite for a time, Laura Mvula, has seen her debut LP Sing To The Moon boosted by 150%.
