Per Eirik Johansen, artist manager and former director of EMI Norway, has died aged 54 according to local reports out of Oslo.
He took the reigns at EMI in 2002 after a period as managing director of Virgin Records. He signed the likes of Lene Martin to the major label, as well as working with Royksopp.
The exec is believed to have died last night in Oslo, but the cause of his death is unknown, according to the reports.
