Shares in Pandora drop after cautious Q4 forecast

The company posted higher ad revenue and subscriber fees for its third quarter results but said it expected fourth-quarter revenue of $80m to $84m.

This is below the $83m figure previously implied by the company.

Pandora's future looks uncertain - with shares in the company falling since June. The company faces competition from traditional and satellite radio providers including Spotify and Clear Channel - which has started its own customised streaming service.
